Actor Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Denise Richards, are engaged in another legal battle, this time over reality TV.
Richards plans to be in a new reality TV show and wants the couple's two daughters, 3-year-old Sam and 2-year-old Lola, to participate. According to California law, Sheen must consent in order for the girls to participate, and thus far he is refusing.
Richards is asking the court to overrule Sheen's rights in the matter and allow her daughters to be filmed.
